These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from The Khakhra Co (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 By using this Site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • Product images are for representation only; actual packaging may vary.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We may correct pricing/description errors and may cancel orders affected by such errors
 

3. Orders & Acceptance 


  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.
  • Order confirmation indicates we received your order; dispatch confirmation indicates acceptance for shipping.
 

4. Payments

 

Payments are processed via secure payment gateways. We do not store full payment card/banking details. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order may be cancelled.  

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

 

Shipping timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to courier delays, location constraints, weather, or other factors beyond our control.  

 

6. Cancellations

 
  • Before dispatch: You may request cancellation by emailing us ASAP.
  • After dispatch: Cancellation may not be possible. If you refuse delivery, shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund, subject to our discretion and courier rules
 

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

 

Since we sell food items, returns are generally not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or tampered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/unboxing video for resolution.  

 

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment provider.  

 

8. Product Use & Allergies

 

Please check product labels/ingredients for allergen information. The Khakhra Co is not responsible for adverse reactions due to allergies or dietary restrictions.  

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this Site (logos, text, graphics, product names, images) is owned by or licensed to The Khakhra Co. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without prior written permission.  

 

10. User Conduct

 

You agree not to:


  • Use the Site for unlawful activities
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise Site security
  • Submit false information or impersonate other
 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Khakhra Co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Khakhra Co from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
