This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when you purchase from The Khakhra Co.  



 

1. Order Processing Time


  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take longer. We’ll notify you if there is a significant delay
 

2. Shipping Coverage


 We currently ship to: All serviceable pincodes in India. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you and refund the order if shipping is not possible.  

 

3. Shipping Charges

 

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight.  



4. Estimated Delivery Timelines 


  • Metro cities: ~2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Other cities/towns: ~3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Remote areas: ~5–10 business days after dispatch

 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, operational constraints, or festivals.  

 

5. Shipment Tracking

 

 Once dispatched, you may receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp (depending on the courier and the details provided at checkout). If you don’t receive tracking, email us at Hello@thekhakhra.co

 

6. Address & Delivery Issues

 
  • Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are correct.
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping may require additional charges.
 

7. Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items


 Since we sell food items, we take packaging seriously. If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, leaked, or incorrect:  

 
  • Record an unboxing video and take clear photos of the parcel and product(s).
  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery at       khakhraco@gmail.com.
 

    After verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit/refund, as appropriate.  

 

8. Undelivered / Lost Shipments


If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the order, contact us within 48 hours.     We will work with the courier partner to investigate. Resolution depends on courier investigation outcomes.
